The Fine Print: All payments must be received before the shuttle reaches the destination. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the date of the reservation are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the date of the reservation are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00. In the event of extreme adverse weather conditions, the Seattle Ski Shuttle will still attempt to make it to Crystal or Snoqualmie; unless the trip is deemed too dangerous. If this occurs, the Seattle Ski Shuttle will refund the customer the entirety of their ticket purchase. The Seattle Ski Shuttle will be responsible for letting customers know about changes to schedule, shuttle cancellations, etc. before the trip is to be made.
